Real conversations about what it means to be human

Seth Fowler, Counselor

About

Who I Am

I'm a counselor who works from an existential-humanistic framework. That means I believe the hard stuff you're going through isn't something to fix or rush past. It's something to understand. Whether you're 22 and overwhelmed by possibility, 35 and questioning the life you've built, or 45 and searching for what comes next, I work with people in the thick of becoming who they are.

My approach is collaborative. I'm not here to hand you a toolkit and send you on your way. I'm here to sit with you in the real questions: anxiety, identity, meaning, relationships, and what it looks like to live with more honesty and less performance.

Outside of sessions, you'll find me on a basketball court, writing songs, hiking, or deep in a strategy board game. I'm also a pastor, husband, and father, and those callings have deeply formed me. I bring my whole self to this work, and I hope you feel like you can too.

How I Work

My Approach

01

Depth Without Pretension

We explore the big questions. Meaning, freedom, isolation, mortality. But in language that feels real and grounded. No jargon, no scripts. Just honest conversation about what's actually going on.

02

Warmth With Directness

You'll feel safe here, but I'm not going to nod along and tell you everything's fine if it isn't. I care enough to be honest, and I trust you enough to handle the truth about your own life.

03

Present & Human

I understand the world you live in. The screens, the pressure, the noise. I bring an awareness of how modern life shapes mental health, because your struggles don't exist in a vacuum. Context matters.
